Reflections from the WGS Mid-Year International Conference
There is a moment, sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, when a woman decides she is done waiting for permission to grow. She stops shrinking. She stops apologising for wanting more. And she steps into the room that was always hers.
That moment happened, over and over again, at the WGS Mid-Year International Conference.
Women came from different cities, different countries, different walks of life. Some came with clear goals. Some came not knowing what they wanted, only knowing they wanted something different.
What they found was not just a conference. It was a mirror. A space where they could see themselves clearly, maybe for the first time in a long time.

That is what makes WGS different. It is not about pretending everything is easy. It is about admitting it is hard, and choosing to show up anyway.
