Leadership and Identity Strategist
Uju Ruth Stevens is a Leadership and Identity Strategist, Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Convener committed to raising women who are confident in their identity, clear in their purpose, and bold enough to own their voices on global stages.
She is the Founder of Women on Global Stages (WGS), a thriving platform dedicated to positioning women for visibility, leadership, influence, and relevance in every sphere they occupy. Through WGS, she has impacted over 300 women across more than 10 countries, creating transformational spaces where women are empowered to rise beyond limitations and step fully into their influence. At the heart of her message is the belief that every sphere of influence a woman finds herself in is her global stage.
Uju is the Convener of the WGS Mid-Year International Conference, a growing global gathering focused on raising women who can compete, win, and thrive globally through leadership, wealth creation, digital relevance, and strategic positioning.
A passionate advocate for identity and leadership development from the grassroots, she is also the Convener of The Becoming Project, a yearly outreach focused on raising girls between the ages of 11–18 with confidence, clarity, and strong foundational values for leadership. Through initiatives like Girls on Global Stages and Young & Global, she continues to nurture and equip the next generation of women leaders from their formative years.
She is a 3-time author, a Certified UN-SDGs Ambassador, and the Dean of WGS Academy, an academy with the mandate of raising 30,000+ women by 2030 and also rooted in advancing key Sustainable Development Goals.
